RETURNS POLICY

First step  ---   please contact us as we would prefer to work with you  to find a suitable solution. 

Returns accepted for instore credit or exchange only

Merchandise cannot be returned without a Return authorization number, shipments not having prior approval will be refused.

To obtain a Return authorization number, Please contact us.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST APPEAR ON ALL CARTONS RETURNED

All returned material must be new and unused.

If a unit has been opened/tampered with, by any unauthorized person, all warranties will be null and void.

Any repair must be done by AUTHORIZED personal only.

Multiple part assemblies must be returned complete, otherwise credit will not be allowed. Any shipment returned for credit or exchange when the error is not ours will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Goods must be returned freight prepaid within 7 days after receipt of shipment and all of the above conditions have been satisfied.

We have a non - return policy on audio tapes, CDs, Videos, Computer programs ,Egely Wheel, Pinhole Glasses, HVR-9 Radionics units,Trutesters,  MWO's, ABPA, ,Multi-pulsar units and our Rife units.

                                                For Made-To-Order products:

Orders may be cancelled after production begins , but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.

Made-To-Order products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled..

Made -To-Order products are non refundable.
